Return Policy

Unfortunately, at present Roxy’s Fashion does not offer any exchanges,cancellations or refunds on any  items unless you receive a damaged or faulty item, in which case we should be notified within 24 hours of receiving the product. We will offer exchange of same item or exchange for an item in same price range. Any items claimed damaged will be inspected before and exchange is given. the item/items must be returned in original packaging unworn. Any problems send us an email  roxys_fashion@outlook.com

Any exchanges or returns must be done within 7 days .
