Please check all details and measurements before purchases are made . As a customer you must check full details and descriptions before ordering as no refunds, cancellations or  exchange will be given unless item is faulty in which case will be offered and exchange of same or an item of same value.

If you have any queries prior to ordering please don’t hesitate to contact us we are always happy to help. Any damaged product should be notified within 24 hours of receiving the product. Some garments the  beads and stones are glued on and can come off which is not deemed faulty.

We are not liable for any damages caused by wearing or washing.

If you a missed delivery and the courier has left a missed delivery card please ensure you chase it up it is your responsibility as the customer and we will not be responsible. If you don’t receive your product within 4 days please track your items or email us for tracking info; roxys_fashion@outlook.com

We do not take liability or responsibility for Duty or Customs charges  for international orders, please check with your country Duty and customs rules before ordering.

If an item returns due to Customs Charges not paid by customer the customer will have to pay postage again if they require the item, if refund is requested delivery charges plus payment charges will be deducted.

Any delays caused by postal services is beyond out control we will not be held liable for delayed post.

We will endeavor to dispatch orders within 1 working  day of ordering Monday to Thursday
Orders Placed On Friday Before 10am will be dispatched same day if ordered after 10am orders will be dispatched following Monday
We do not dispatch on a Saturday and Sunday
